I love Halloween, I don't get dressed up myself but I love dressing the boys. This is the first year that Carson choose his costume, he wanted to be batman but not just any batman, it had to be the grey and black batman because that is the one from the cartoon he watches with dad. I had to find it online since all the stores only carried the black batman. We wanted Kade's costume to go along with Carson's but we think that Robin is lame and I didn't like the toddle size super heroes. So I ended up making Peter Pan which a lot of people got confused with Robin Hood.
One of the members of our ward brought his pony to give rides to the kids at our ward party.
Kade was wiped out, he came in the house, laid here on the stairs and passed out.
On Halloween night, Jodi and Patrick went trick or treating with us. Presley is the Queen of Hearts, can't wait to have a girl so she can wear it.
Getting into character
They always want to be with Dad, you can see why.
Kade is so independent, he always wants to do everything himself. His pumpkin is so loaded with candy and even a roll of girl scout cookies that he could barely carry it but there was no way in was letting go of it.
Carson was getting pretty worn out by the end too.
Never too tired to fly with Dad though.
Carson, of course, needed a turn after Peter Pan.
